Umeed DMD Foundation is a parent-founded non-profit initiative based in New Delhi, India, working to support families affected by Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. We are in the process of formal registration as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013.

Participation in the Umeed DMD Patient Registry is entirely voluntary. By submitting a registration, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose information you are submitting, and that you consent to the use of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may withdraw from the registry at any time by writing to us. We will delete your information from our records upon request.
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate, up to date, and helpful.
